See your training week at a glance with session completion checkmarks. The app calculates volume-based muscle fatigue across 9 major groups (Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps, Core, Posterior Chain, Calves) with clear recovery states: Ready, Healing, or Fatigued.

  • Weekly target session progress tracking
  • Hour-by-hour estimated recovery timelines
  • Daily bodyweight and creatine status at a glance
02 Precision Timer

Today's Workout & Active Sessions

Plan structured workouts or jump right into an ad-hoc session. Log weight, target reps, actual reps, and working sets with a high-density, touch-optimized interface built for gym use.

  • Rest countdown timer with auditory beeps and haptic vibration
  • Automatic warm-up timer options
  • One-tap set completion with RPE and set note support
03 PR Analytics

  • Working sets vs. warm-up volume breakdown
  • Timestamped session records with working set accuracy
04 Daily Signal

Creatine & Habit Consistency

Keep your supplementation consistent with 1-tap logging. Track daily dosage against customizable targets (e.g. 5g daily), monitor 7-day adherence, and visualize your consistency on a 44-day calendar heatmap.

  • Quick dose logging presets (3g, 5g, custom)
  • Target streak calculation and adherence rates
  • 44-day visual density grid
05 Full Flexibility

Exercise Catalog & Custom Movements

  • Custom exercise naming and muscle group tagging
  • Configurable target sets and rest durations
  • Pre-built routines for upper body, lower body, and strength testing

Engineering Philosophy

Your workout data stays on your device.

Most fitness apps treat your training logs as telemetry to feed an advertising network or gate behind a monthly subscription. Fitness Tracker is architected differently:

No Internet Permission

The Android application does not declare android.permission.INTERNET. The app cannot make outbound network connections or transmit telemetry.

Direct SQLite Storage

Your workouts, personal records, creatine history, and bodyweight logs are stored in a standard SQLite 3 database located strictly in your phone's sandbox.

Encrypted Android Backup

Supports Android's operating-system-level cloud backup and device-to-device transfer with encryption constraints (disableIfNoEncryptionCapabilities="true").
